VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to “A Drug-Free World” Austria are expanding outreach in Vienna, engaging youth, families and educators via public information points and community events. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide clear information on commonly abused substances, with particular attention to cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. Details were published in a Scientology Europe report.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities focus on early prevention, including at large public gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also connecting with educators interested in classroom-ready resources. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to Truth About Drugs the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Prevention works best when young people receive verified information early, in plain language—supporting both community well-being and European civic values.”
